Do I or Don't I................

That is the question.
Maybe it is time for me to shut down my blog, as I'm sure that in this time of crisis, nobody wants to see or hear from some stupid old lady who is trying to fill her time with hobbies & reminiscences of  past holidays & days out.
I'd give anything to be able to assist in some way, but our hands are rather tied if we are over 70.  Just stay home & don't go out until we are told.  So be it.
One last photo from me as autumn approaches & big huggles from down under.
I don't want to say good bye, but I think it best.  Everyone else has way more to offer.
Take care all and stay safe.
Susan.

  1. You are not getting out of it that easy Susan, keep going, for someone who has never been to England, or likely to, your photos are interesting, and your local scenery is also somewhere I have never been. I like to "travel" on the internet. Looking forward to your next post.

  3. We're all in the same boat, the whole world over. I think everyone is just trying to fill their days in one way or another and get through these troubled times, and blogging is one way to come together when we can't get out and meet friends in person.

  4. I hope you don't stop Susan as I think we bloggers are all needing to carry on both reading and writing blogs to help and encourage each other in these sad and depressing times. Take care:)

  5. I hope you will come back when you feel more able to continue! I'm sure many more people would much rather be reading about your hobbies and outings than reading the news.

  7. Oh I do hope not - but if you must you must. I have come back to blogging during this isewlation, Blogs have given me much inspiration over the years and I must admit to leaning towards Instagram lately. But I am determined to keep up with blogging friends. They have helped me through some tough times
    Love and warm hugs xxx

  9. It would be a shame to let it go. I love reading blogs even though I seldom comment. I write a blog also but only post a couple times a month. That seems to work well for me. 💖

  10. You'll be missed Susan. I've not been out the front door for 3 weeks now due to health issues. Finding happy thoughts in the smallest of things, a cup of tea in the garden listening to the birds or a chat with my family on the telephone, reading a goof book or crafting and definately keeping away from the news channels.
Take care, hope to see you feeling brighter and back soon. x

  11. These times are not easy, but I think blogging is a good way to keep in touch. I think it would be a shame to let your blog go … but it is of course your decision.

Please come and say hello from time to time, it will be lovely to see you post.

    Take care, my good wishes.

    All the best Jan
