I've been participating in a QAL with Sandra in Canada, which she has run now for quite a few years. She has said we may still link even if it isn't quite finished and mine is a top but not quilted as yet.
This is a very quick post as I showed the quilt in my crafty catch up.
Another photo which is explains about the Waratah.
As I said, just a quick post to do this link up and I should be back later in the week with my next part of our March holiday, though not sure whether many people are interested in my blog anymore. I do read all the blogs on my list, but now can't comment unless I'm on my PC. Wish they'd stop changing everything. Thanks to all, take care & hugs.
Susan.
Still here and still enjoying reading but I know what you mean about sometimes wondering if anyone is reading. I often feel the same 🙈. Though I think more read than comment. Take care. Carol x
ReplyDeleteThanks Carol & I understand what you mean.
DeleteLovely colours. Blogger can be a nuisance at times, especially when things change, still getting to grips with my new laptop here as I've had to move on to windows 11. Take care:)
ReplyDeleteThanks Rosie. Yes, I'm still struggling with Windows 11 too & especially the different format for my photos.
DeleteIf turned out well and the waratah is ideal.
ReplyDeleteThanks Janice. Talk soon.
DeleteI love what you did with Glowing Hearts Susan! The Waratah sure is a stunning flower. I like that you've personalized your version, and I'm so very glad you were able to join in again this year. You've done most of the nine that I've run methinks... Hugs!
ReplyDeleteLove your quilt top and I am happy you could make it more personal to you. From Canada.
ReplyDeleteThat's absolutely beautiful. I have issues trying to comment as we no longer have home broadband and my phone signal is so hit and miss that by the time I've typed a comment the signal disappears. I do enjoy your blog and it was lovely to see a fresh post from you pop up on my feed
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing that you can make something so fabulous entirely from scraps. I love the addition of the Waratah, something a little different to personalise it.
